Overview

The Sprinkler Fitter I position involves assisting with the installation and troubleshooting of fire protection sprinkler systems in commercial applications. The role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and adherence to safety policies while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the installation and troubleshooting of fire protection sprinkler systems for commercial applications.
  • Prepare accurate and timely documentation for work performed.
  • Complete monthly vehicle reports and maintain truck inventory.
  • Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of High School/Vocational training.
  • One year of experience in all fire sprinkler systems (wet, dry).
  • Ability to learn NFPA 13, 13(R), 13(D), 14, 20, 24.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to clear a drug screening.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, policies, procedures, etc.
