Overview

We are hiring dependable Welders for a growing precision metal fabrication facility. This is a Direct Hire opportunity for candidates with welding experience who are looking for a long-term career with a team-oriented company.

Responsibilities

  • Perform welding on metal components and fabricated parts.
  • Follow work instructions and specifications.
  • Inspect completed welds for quality.
  • Use basic welding and fabrication tools.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area.
  • Work closely with team members to meet production and quality expectations.

Requirements

  • Previous welding experience required.
  • School/trade program welding experience will be considered.
  • Basic knowledge of welding processes and equipment.
  • Stable work history required.
  • Strong attendance and reliability.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Must be willing to complete a welding test.
  • Must have your own welding hood and steel-toe boots.
