Minutemen Staffing is hiring TIG Welders for a local machine shop. The position requires precision in operating TIG welding machinery and involves various welding tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up and preparing welding equipment
  • Operating TIG welding machinery with precision
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, welding symbols, and engineering drawings
  • Conducting visual inspections and quality checks
  • Performing repairs or rework
