Overview

Structured Trades is hiring an experienced Crane Support Person for a large commercial construction project. We are looking for dependable professionals with rigging, welding, and commercial construction experience who have worked with large General Contractors (GCs).

Responsibilities

  • Assist crane operations with safe rigging and signaling
  • Rig, inspect, and secure loads for crane picks
  • Perform structural welding as needed
  • Support steel erection and material handling operations
  • Follow all OSHA and job site safety requirements
  • Work closely with crane operators and field crews

Requirements

  • Previous crane support and rigging experience
  • Welding experience required
  • Experience working on large commercial construction projects with major GCs
  • Knowledge of crane safety and rigging procedures
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
