Job Description

Overview

KM Driveline, Inc. is hiring an experienced TIG and MIG Welder/Fabricator for heavy-duty driveline repair and custom fabrication work.

Responsibilities

  • Perform TIG and MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
  • Fabricate and repair driveshaft and driveline components
  • Read measurements, specifications, and fabrication drawings
  • Cut, fit, align, and assemble components accurately
  • Inspect completed work for strength, quality, and proper fit
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements

  • Professional TIG and MIG welding experience required
  • Strong fabrication and measurement skills
  • Ability to produce clean, accurate, high-quality welds
  • Experience with automotive, truck, industrial, or driveline components preferred
  • Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
  • Welding test may be required

It is slow, demanding, and the standard for stainless, aluminum, and anything where the bead has to look as good as it holds.
