Overview

Custom Glass and Metal Fabricators is seeking a Full-Time Installer/Mechanic skilled in operating CNC machines and fabricating custom glass and metal products. The role involves installing various metal and glass structures in the New York City area, requiring a strong understanding of plans and drawings.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machines, plasma cutting, press brake, shear, and CNC sheet metal forming.
  • Fabricate and install custom staircases, store fronts, office enclosures, shower doors, and metal panel facades.
  • Install curtain walls, railings, handrails, and metal stairs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in metal and glass installation.
  • Must hold an OSHA 40 Certification.
  • Ability to read and understand plans/drawings.
  • Possess basic tools and have a clean driver's license.
