Overview

The Scenic Route is a design-build production company that provides services for various industries including entertainment and live events. They are seeking skilled welders for fabrication, maintenance, and installation of welding projects.

Responsibilities

  • Perform aluminum and steel MIG welding.
  • Conduct TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
  • Fabricate sheet metal.
  • Execute spot welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
  • Use gas torch for welding, brazing, soldering, and cutting.
  • Work with a variety of materials.
  • Measure for dimensional requirements using appropriate tools.
  • Interpret blueprints, sketches, and drawings.
  • Apply appropriate finishing techniques such as grinding and sanding.
  • Maintain tools and equipment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years welding experience.
  • General math skills.
  • Knowledgeable of various welding and fabrication processes, tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to work long hours as needed.
  • Full-time on-site role in Pacoima, CA.
  • Able to lift 50-70 lbs as needed.
  • Able to maintain and stay on schedule.

What you'll be running
