Overview

We are a growing architectural metal fabrication company seeking a highly skilled artisan and craftsman to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and building high-end custom architectural metalwork.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate custom gates, railings, fences, stairs, and structural steel.
  • Solve fabrication challenges with attention to detail.
  • Produce clean, high-quality architectural work.
  • Occasionally perform field installation work at project sites.

Requirements

  • Strong fabrication, fitting, and layout skills.
  • Proficient in TIG and MIG welding.
  • Extensive experience working with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
  • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
  • Ability to fabricate from raw material with minimal supervision.
  • Forklift experience.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Additional Information

  • Location: Spring Valley, CA
  • Pay: $40.00/hour
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | Shop Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Overtime: 8–12 hour days as required.

What you'll be running

This posting calls for MIG and TIG work. MIG (GMAW) feeds a continuous wire electrode through a shielding-gas nozzle.
