We are seeking a versatile MIG/TIG Welder to join our team, working on a dynamic mix of custom fabrication projects across various materials. While candidates skilled in both MIG and TIG processes are preferred, our client is willing to train the right candidate who brings foundational shop skills and a great work ethic. Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding operations on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components based on blueprints and shop drawings.

• Prepare base metals by cutting, grinding, deburring, and cleaning joints to ensure maximum weld integrity and minimal spatter.

• Inspect, measure, and fit up assemblies using shop tools and fixtures to maintain precise geometric tolerances and structural specifications.

• Set up, fine-tune, and maintain welding equipment, including wire feed speeds, voltage settings, gas flow rates, and torch components.
