TradeWorX is hiring experienced MIG Welders for a strong-paying opportunity in the Ambridge, PA area. We are looking for welders who are confident working with heavy steel, structural components, beams, and thick plate. This is a first-shift position paying $30.00 $35.00 per hour, with weekend overtime available as needed. If you have solid MIG welding or structural fabrication experience and are looking for steady, well-paid work, we want to speak with you. Weld plate ranging from approximately 1/2 inch to 3 inches thick. Work with wide-flange beams ranging from approximately 6 inches to 20 inches. Complete welding work in a heavy fabrication environment. Produce consistent welds while following fabrication and safety requirements. Requirements: Previous MIG welding experience with heavy steel, structural steel, or similar fabrication. Experience working with thick plate and/or structural components. Ability to discuss previous welding projects, materials, and responsibilities during an interview. Reliable transportation to the Ambridge, PA area. Dependable attendance and ability to work the required first-shift schedule. Availability for weekend overtime when needed. Ideal Candidate: MIG Welder, Structural Welder, Fabrication Welder, or similar welding background. Comfortable welding heavier material rather than primarily light-gauge production work.
