Overview

U-Haul is seeking a Robotic Welding Supervisor for their robotic welding department, responsible for managing employees who manufacture truck and trailer parts. This position offers competitive pay and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate each robotic welding station to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Hire, train, review and support robot operators, welders, programmers, and other department employees.
  • Track work orders, post production, conduct cycle counts.
  • Maintain open lines of communication between employees and managers.
  • Ensure resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory or related experience is a plus.
  • 3+ years in manufacturing or assembly facilities.
  • Familiar with print reading and use of inspection tools.
  • Previous ERP experience preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate in English.
