Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join our team in Sarasota, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components using various welding techniques, with a strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on various metal materials.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
  • Measure, cut, and fit materials to specifications.
  • Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and structural integrity.
  • Operate welding equipment, grinders, saws, and other fabrication tools.
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
  • Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous welding or fabrication experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, or Stick welding.
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Welding certifications are a plus but not required.
