Title: Lead Composite Assembly Technician OR Assembly Technician (2 roles open) Located: Anaheim, CA

We design and manufacture system-level thermal solutions, partnering with customers for over 20 years across aerospace, defense, medical, industrial, and government R&D sectors.

Our technologies support mission-critical applications ranging from spacecraft thermal management to precise temperature control in surgical environments, operating across extreme conditions from -150°C to 1,100°C.

The Lead Composite Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling, bonding, and finishing composite components while providing day-to-day leadership to technicians. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality production through hands-on support, workflow coordination, training, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Assemble, bond, and finish composite parts and subassemblies Perform secondary bonding, hardware installation, drilling, trimming, and sanding Prepare and apply structural adhesives per specifications Interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality requirements Complete manufacturing documentation and support rework activities Lead and mentor technicians, assign daily tasks, and troubleshoot assembly issues Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to maintain schedules and resolve problems Promote a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment

Qualifications Ability to read and interpret engineering and assembly drawings Experience with hand tools, measuring equipment, and bonding processes Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with adhesive bonding and surface preparation techniques preferred Ability to safely work with chemicals and adhesives
