Overview

Nestlé USA is seeking an Electromechanical Technician who will be responsible for executing preventive maintenance and basic repairs on production equipment. The role offers an inclusive workplace that encourages innovation and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Perform PMs and basic work orders on assigned equipment
  • Replace mechanical components such as bearings, belts, chains, gaskets, and sensors
  • Perform basic electrical work including motors, switches, and contactors
  • Follow LOTO and all safety processes
  • Assist higher-level techs with troubleshooting and rebuilds

Requirements

  • 1–3 years industrial maintenance experience or trade school equivalent
  • Exposure to manufacturing equipment through internship, apprenticeship, or entry-level role
  • Electrical Safety (NFPA 70E awareness) certification
  • LOTO trained and qualified
  • Basic electrical training including voltage measurement and meter usage
  • Mechanical fundamentals training covering power transmission and pneumatics

  • Schedule: 2nd (2:00pm-10:30pm) and 3rd (10:00pm-6:30am) shifts available
  • $500 Tool Stipend provided, but candidates must bring their own tools and toolbox to start
