Overview

Veolia in North America is a leading environmental company, recognized as the top-ranked in the U.S. for three consecutive years. The Utility Worker w/CDL role involves excavation and maintenance of water systems, requiring a Commercial Driver's License.

Responsibilities

  • Excavation with power and manual equipment.
  • Install, repair, and maintain water mains, service pipes, hydrants, valves, and other maintenance as requested.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED is required.
  • Construction experience preferred.
  • Ability to drive heavy automotive equipment and operate power equipment.
  • Emergency stand-by with a response time not to exceed 45 minutes.
  • Must possess Commercial Driver's License Class B with Air Brake endorsement or must obtain within 6 months of start date.
  • Ability to operate a 90 lb. jackhammer.
