Overview

Harvest Hill Beverage Company is one of the nation’s largest independent branded beverage producers, and the Maintenance Mechanic A is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing all electrical/mechanical equipment in the plant and surrounding facilities without supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety, food safety, & GMP rules and regulations.
  • Possess the electrical competency to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions down to circuit board level.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair equipment to 'like new' state when required.
  • Work unassisted and unsupervised to job completion in a timely and proficient manner.
  • Maintain or exceed speed and efficiency while maintaining or improving quality of work.
  • Install and dismantle machinery and equipment.
  • Overhaul machinery by tearing down equipment and repairing or replacing damaged machine parts.
  • Operate mechanical equipment to diagnose problems and determine necessary repairs.
  • Care for and use hand tools in the repair of equipment and structures.
  • Perform a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs.
  • Perform all general preventative maintenance duties such as greasing oiling, etc.
  • Possess excellent technical and critical thinking skills.
  • Well versed in a broad spectrum of trades.
  • Must provide own hand tools and tool box.
  • Identify issues that he/she is not able to rectify and communicate them promptly to the Maintenance Manager for assistance.
