Overview

Nox Group is a rapidly growing industrial enterprise in the US, dedicated to humanizing construction. They are currently seeking a Fabrication Worker in Reno, Nevada, who is knowledgeable in basic hand and power tools to assist in various fabrication tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery to fabricate parts and assemble components according to specifications.
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for fabrication.
  • Inspect and measure finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Prepare and organize materials for the fabrication process.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, production schedules, and inventory usage.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fabrication processes, machinery, or materials.
  • Perform jobsite housekeeping and general labor.
  • Complete other Prefab related duties as instructed by Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and instructional manuals.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic math skills for measuring, calculating dimensions, and material quantities.
  • Proficiency in using fabrication tools and machinery.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
  • Ability to follow directions, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and kneeling.

  • This is a safety sensitive position, requiring drug tests and background checks.
  • Potentially operate a motor vehicle, crane, tractor, etc.
