Overview

Stevens Transport's Paragon Leasing is seeking an entry-level Trailer Body Technician responsible for repairing trailer body imperfections, insulation, painting, and welding repairs. This position is ideal for those looking to start a career in Trailer Body Maintenance within a growing department of an industry-leading organization.

Responsibilities

  • Perform welding and both minor and major body repairs.
  • Remove decals from trailers.
  • Repair or remove insulation from trailers.
  • Work with metal panels by straightening and completing bondo work as needed.
  • Realign structural components.
  • Communicate with management about additional damage beyond original repair orders.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Comply with all company, OSHA, and EPA rules and guidelines.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
