Overview

CTR Cryo is a leading provider of industrial gas products and services, focused on enhancing productivity and profitability for customers. The TIG Welder position involves using TIG equipment to join various metals while ensuring quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Perform precise TIG welding on various metals, including stainless steel, aluminum, and exotic alloys.
  • Read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to determine project specifications.
  • Clean, cut, fit, and assemble metal components for welding.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain TIG welding machines, torches, and related tools.
  • Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and aesthetic quality, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures, wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Some lifting is required up to 50 lbs.
  • TIG Welder with 1 to 5 years of experience.
  • Mechanical experience is a plus.
  • The ability to read technical drawings and blueprints is a plus.
  • Must be a reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Welder.
