As a TIG Welder/Fabricator, you'll take components from fabrication through assembly and help ensure the finished product meets our quality standards.

You'll

Perform TIG welding on fabricated components and assemblies Perform MIG welding as needed Measure, fit, and prepare components for accurate fabrication and welding Drill, tap, bend, grind, sand, cut, braze, and polish materials Operate plasma cutters, torches, grinders, drills, and other fabrication equipment Complete sub-assemblies and final product assembly Inspect your work for quality, accuracy, and consistency Assist with testing completed products Maintain tools and equipment and report needed repairs or unsafe conditions Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Follow established safety procedures and OSHA requirements Identify opportunities to improve quality, safety, productivity, and efficiency Support other production areas when needed

What We're Looking For

TIG welding experience required MIG welding and metal fabrication experience preferred Ability to produce clean, consistent, high-quality welds Experience using common fabrication tools and equipment Ability to accurately measure, fit, and fabricate components Strong attention to detail Commitment to quality and safety Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
