Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day production activities using current procedures to maintain production schedules.
• Wear required PPE including smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses.
• Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
• Perform visual checks of products to assure quality.
• Identify non-conforming parts following documented procedures.
• Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high-quality products.
• Work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Utilize good computer skills including Microsoft Office, data entry, and email.
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
• Read drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

Requirements

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 0 to 3 years of prior manufacturing-related experience.
• Good hand/eye coordination.
• Ability to lift 3-5 lbs. and complete repeat tasks.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Good historical attendance record with minimal unscheduled call offs.
• Self-driven to complete goals and tasks as required.
