Job Description

Overview

As a CNC Machine Operator at Molex, you will play a critical role in producing precision components for aerospace and defense manufacturing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment focused on quality and precision.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machines to produce aerospace-grade components with precision and consistency.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and report any mechanical issues.
  • Inspect finished parts using measurement tools to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimize production processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Experience utilizing measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

  • Weekend shift hours: Friday to Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with optional Monday hours from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
  • 6% shift differential for Weekend Shift.
