Overview

FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc. is a global leader in chemical solutions for the semiconductor industry, and is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for their Mesa, Arizona facility. This role involves supporting maintenance programs and troubleshooting mechanical systems to ensure proper operations.

Responsibilities

• Work in a safe manner and comply with safety, environmental, and Facilities department policies.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair process piping and mechanical equipment.
• Follow maintenance process requirements using SAP for equipment issues and documentation.
• Inspect and maintain heat exchangers and valves.
• Troubleshoot process pumps, piping, and valves.
• Remove, replace, and repair inoperable mechanical equipment.
• Write procedures for equipment maintenance and repair.
• Maintain good housekeeping and quality of workmanship.
• Support and participate in EH&S, Quality, and Facilities department programs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Journeyman level experience in plumbing, process piping, or mechanical equipment.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in an industrial, manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of centrifugal/diaphragm pumps and lined piping.
• Familiarity with heat exchangers and pneumatic operated valves.
• General knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Strong computer skills required (MS-Excel, Word, Google Mail, Drive).
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Valid Arizona drivers’ license and clean driving record.
• Ability to push up to 110 pounds.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to work standard 12 hour shift schedule, including weekends.

Additional Information

• This is a safety-sensitive position requiring a post-offer drug screening.
• Expectations to assist the Maintenance Team as needed for daily schedules.
