Overview

Chemelex is a global leader in electric thermal and sensing solutions, dedicated to protecting critical processes and ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency across various environments. The Electrical Helper will work in the petrochemical industry, installing and removing electrical components and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Install and remove various types of electrical components.
  • Work with heat tracing and equipment in the petrochemical industry.
  • Lift a minimum of 50lbs as required.
  • Operate from elevated heights using mobile lifting equipment.

Requirements

  • Must possess a state issued apprentice license.
  • Must have a TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Card).
  • Must provide own hand tools of the trade.
  • Must pass a Physical, Background and Drug tests along with an electrical practical test.
