The Precast role is a full-time, on-site position in Phoenix, AZ, involving the production and installation of precast concrete components.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the production and installation of precast concrete components.
  • Prepare forms and molds for concrete.
  • Pour and finish concrete as needed.
  • Help with material handling and site cleanup.
  • Use hand tools and basic equipment following detailed instructions.
  • Adhere to safety policies and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and coworkers to meet project timelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Support continuous improvement in production processes.
