Overview

As an Assembler Level 4 FAA at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling complex products and components while ensuring quality standards and production schedules are met. This role is critical to maintaining Honeywell's reputation for excellence in product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex assembly tasks following detailed instructions and blueprints.
  • Inspect and test assembled components for compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve assembly issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area for safety and efficiency.
  • Document assembly processes and report deviations or defects to management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in complex assembly operations within a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing roles.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with soldering through hole and surface mount.
  • Strong knowledge of assembly tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
  • Experience with quality control processes and identifying defects during assembly.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
