Overview

As an Assembly & Test Tech - Level 3 at Honeywell, you will assemble and test complex electronic and mechanical components to ensure product quality and reliability. This role is crucial for supporting Honeywell’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly of electronic and mechanical components following detailed work instructions and blueprints.
• Conduct functional and environmental testing on assemblies to verify performance and reliability.
• Identify and document defects or issues, collaborating with engineering teams to resolve problems.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and assembly processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all assembly and test activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in assembly and testing of electronic or electromechanical products in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of assembly techniques, soldering, wiring, and use of hand tools and test equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions accurately.
• Experience with functional testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of test results.
• Familiarity with quality standards and safety protocols in a production setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in electronics or manufacturing preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant assembly and test experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Additional Information

• Work schedule is on-site from Friday to Sunday for 3*12 hours.
• Location is Tempe, AZ.
