Overview

We’re looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team as Welders at our brand new, state-of-the-art Lincoln Manufacturing Center. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an exciting new facility!

Responsibilities

  • Weld assemblies using fixtures and clamps.
  • Setup and operate robotic welders as assigned.
  • Use cutting torches and grinders as needed.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to keep tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Practice good housekeeping and keep a clean and organized work area.
  • Inspect work for quality and workmanship.
  • Responsible for working safely and for the safety of others working in the area.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management or required by the position.

Requirements

  • Enjoy hands-on work.
  • Have a strong work ethic.
  • Pay attention to detail.
  • Work well with others.
  • Take pride in building quality products.
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules.
  • Have knowledge to operate machines, hand tools, tape measures and other equipment.
  • Prior manufacturing experience helpful.
