Responsibilities

  • Work with wood materials and production equipment in a warehouse and wood shop environment.
  • Fabricate, assemble, and prepare wood products and components according to production requirements.
  • Accurately measure materials to within 1/16 of an inch.
  • Operate power tools and production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with cutting, assembling, staging, and preparing materials for production.
  • Cut, drill, sand, trim, fit, and assemble wood materials and components as required.
  • Read and follow work orders, shop drawings, measurements, specifications, and production instructions.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain production quality and meet deadlines.
  • Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas.
  • Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to achieve production goals.
  • Perform additional production, fabrication, wood shop, and warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of woodworking, wood fabrication, carpentry, cabinetry, millwork, or related production experience required.
  • Experience in using power tools is required.
  • Experience working with wood is preferred.
  • Must be able to measure accurately to within 1/16 of an inch.
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders, production instructions, or shop drawings preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Must demonstrate good common sense and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality required.
  • Ability to stand on your feet throughout the workday.
  • Ability to follow instructions and always work safely.
  • Experience using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to accurately measure materials.
  • Ability to lift, move, and organize materials safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Personal hands-on woodworking or shop experience accepted and valued.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Additional Information

  • Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Overtime may be required based on production needs.
  • The team may decide to start one hour earlier or work additional hours on Fridays as needed.
  • Steel-toe boots are always required.
  • Warehouse attire is required.
