Overview

Immediate opening for an experienced TIG Welder to join an established, high-precision metal fabrication shop. This is a full-time, long-term position offering clean working conditions, top-grade equipment, consistent 40-hour weeks, and weekly direct deposit.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality TIG welds on stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel components.
  • Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols.
  • Set up, calibrate, and adjust gas flow, amperage, and equipment settings for clean, precise welds.
  • Inspect completed welds for structural integrity, accurate dimensions, and visual quality.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient personal work area.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional, hands-on TIG welding experience in a shop or manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and weld to exact specifications.
  • Ability to pass an onsite TIG welding test during the interview.
  • Solid work ethic, strong punctuality, and pride in clean craftsmanship.
  • Personal welding gear (helmet, gloves, standard hand tools).
