Overview

We are looking for a motivated Fabricator / MIG Welder to join our team in Centennial, CO. This position is ideal for someone ranging from entry-level with welding experience to an experienced fabricator looking for a long-term career opportunity in the fabrication of high-quality, custom steel/iron railings and gates.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate and assemble custom steel railings and related metalwork
  • MIG weld steel components to company quality standards
  • Read and interpret CAD drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication details
  • Accurately read and use a tape measure
  • Cut, fit, grind, and prepare steel materials for fabrication
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines
  • Follow all shop safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements

  • Entry-level to experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
  • MIG welding experience preferred
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure
  • Ability to read and interpret CAD or fabrication drawings
