We’re looking for a skilled welder to join our growing team and contribute to the fabrication of custom components and conveyor systems.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
  • Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and FCAW welding on a variety of metals.
  • Fabricate and assemble custom metal components and conveyor systems.
  • Operate cutting, grinding, and finishing tools to prepare and complete welds.
  • Inspect welds for quality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication challenges.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Assist in the setup and operation of welding and fabrication equipment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in MIG, TIG, Stick, and FCAW welding.
  • Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Experience with conveyor systems or industrial fabrication is a plus.
  • Familiarity with welding safety standards and PPE requirements.
  • Certification in welding (AWS or equivalent) preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
