  • Perform MIG welding on parts and frames, ensuring all work meets engineering standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to determine the correct welding processes and follow standard welding symbols.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of completed welds to maintain strict quality and structural integrity standards.
  • Handle a variety of duties including welding, grinding, and repairing welded assemblies on raw steel.
  • Accurately complete and submit all required reports and documents on time.
  • Operate hoists safely to position parts for welding.
  • Effectively communicate any production issues or concerns to your supervisor.
  • Adhere to all company safety rules and regulations.Working hours: 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. • A technical high school degree in the welding field. • At least one (1) year of welding experience in a production environment (manual or robotic). • Three (3) or more years of experience in production MIG welding.Education: No Degree Required

Experience: 1-4 years

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in setting up and using MIG welding equipment, oxyacetylene torches, sanders, grinders, and other hand tools.
  • Knowledge of and experience with operating and reading measurement devices.
  • All applicants must pass a GMAW skills test, which includes a single-pass weld on a 1/8" steel butt vertical down.
