Responsibilities

• Install and assemble specialty building products such as toilet partitions and lockers according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret construction drawings.
• Prepare work areas for installation.
• Use hand and power tools for measuring and cutting materials.
• Assist with renovations and repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with project leads and team members to ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Follow all company and regulatory safety procedures.

Requirements

• Core construction skills, including reading a tape measure and working with power tools.
• Ability to receive direction from the lead foreman.
• Experience with finishing work, such as product installation and millwork is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand product specifications and installation instructions.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools and safe material handling practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety on the job site.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and working at heights.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for coordinating with supervisors and crew members.
• Prior experience in commercial construction or specialty materials installation preferred.

• Full-time, on-site position based in Houston and surrounding areas.
