Overview

Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove, a leading manufacturer of luxury kitchen appliances, is offering co-op positions for Spring and Fall 2027 in Goodyear, AZ. The company seeks innovative team members to support production engineering efforts focused on safety, delivery, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Work on a specific production team with various engineering roles.
  • Support Safety, Delivery, Cost, and Quality projects.
  • Collaborate with engineers, drafters, and technicians on product design and enhancements.
  • Create concepts, prototypes, and test new designs.
  • Assist in developing and testing products by creating test plans and documenting procedures.
  • Conduct product teardowns, root-cause analyses, and design reviews.
  • Analyze sensor and warranty data to identify trends.
  • Prepare reports using statistical tools to define performance targets and assess risk.
