As an Aircraft Nacelles Technician, you will perform a variety of mechanical tasks on civilian aircraft, contributing to customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
  • Remove and install panels and components.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve aircraft system/component issues.
  • De-fuel aircraft.
  • Remove and install engines.
  • Operate ground support equipment.
  • Inspect and evaluate the aircraft and components.
  • Assist in aircraft movement and performance runs/taxiing.
  • Maintain and repair the shop facility, equipment, and tooling.
  • Navigate electronic training, manuals, and maintenance databases.
  • Communicate effectively in English.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license approved for airline travel and/or valid passport is ideal but not mandatory.
  • AMT I: Airframe or Powerplant license required; 0-2 years of experience in aviation maintenance.
  • AMT II: Airframe or Powerplant license required; 2-4 years of experience in aviation maintenance.
  • AMT III: Airframe license required; Powerplant license highly preferred; 4-6+ years of experience in aviation maintenance.
  • AMT IV (Master): Airframe and Powerplant license required; 6+ years of experience in aviation maintenance.
  • Self-motivated team player able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation to work.
