Overview

The Carpenter - N1 position involves repairing and maintaining wooden structures and equipment in industrial and commercial settings, utilizing detailed blueprints and drawings. The role requires proficiency in various woodworking tools and the ability to perform both rough and finished carpentry work.

Responsibilities

  • Repair and maintain wooden structures and equipment.
  • Perform rough to finished carpentry work on buildings and office partitions.
  • Operate woodworking tools such as saws, routers, drills, and sanders.
  • Make shop computations relating to dimensions of work and select necessary materials.

Requirements

  • Experience with installation, demo, and modification of office furniture systems.
  • Experience with installing and demoing metal framing and drywall.
  • Ability to safely use tools, equipment, and ladders.
  • Capability to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Must be a United States citizen.
