Overview

Tindall Corporation is a leading Precast Concrete Manufacturer dedicated to supporting customers and delivering innovative solutions. The Production Worker role involves placing steel, strand, and concrete for the production of concrete members while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes.
  • Receive instructions and roll torches, steel, and tool buggies to bed and unload.
  • Uncover bed and remove sided forms, detentions' bed, bulkheads, block outs, and cutbacks.
  • Clean and oil bed.
  • Lay out rebar, plates, loops, channel, and insulations.
  • Pull strand, thread bulkheads, block outs, frames, and dead man, and cut strand with grinder.
  • Place and tie rebar, loops, stem and flange wire, and chair flange wire.
  • Prepare for pour by blowing out bed with air hose and receiving pouring tools.
  • Receive concrete, hook up air hoses, and spread and vibrate concrete.
  • Place insulation and C ties in bed if applicable, scrape rails, and sweep up excess concrete.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
