Overview

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for a Welder/Finisher/TIG position at Wolf Appliance on the 2nd shift. The role involves supporting fabrication activities, producing parts, and operating machines under supervision in a safe and respectful manner.

Responsibilities

  • TIG welding and finishing of stainless steel and other materials
  • Operate Kuhlmeyer grinding and polishing machines (auto, semi-auto, and manual)
  • Select proper software program to run specific parts on the machines and make software modifications as necessary
  • Complete set up tasks to prepare for shift such as getting proper fixtures
  • Visually inspect and measure parts for accuracy and defects
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks
  • Train employees on procedures and techniques
  • Assist in defining work instructions
  • Conduct housekeeping and workstation organization tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned
