Overview

Tomorrow RNG is a renewable natural gas producer focused on reducing emissions and creating a greener future. The Pump Technician role involves ensuring all pumps are in optimal working condition while adhering to safety guidelines in demanding field conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Follow established field maintenance procedures and design standards.
  • Perform pump round duties in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Collect and log pump counts; upload data to designated systems.
  • Troubleshoot pneumatic well pump operations.
  • Conduct vacuum surveys.
  • Clean and repair pneumatic well pumps.
  • Install pneumatic well pumps.
  • Perform well sounding and related diagnostics.
  • Assist with general field operations and team support.
  • Safely and correctly use hand and power tools.
  • Understand and troubleshoot field processes and equipment.
  • Read and interpret field maps and understand Gas Collection and Control System components.
  • Operate and maintain heavy equipment safely.
  • Provide end-of-day reports with operational details.
  • Perform routine maintenance on heavy equipment as needed.
  • Maintain and update data systems and communication tools.
  • Identify and report field safety hazards and process issues.
  • Adhere to safety practices and use PPE.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to the maintenance log.
  • Communicate effectively with all teams on location.
  • Assist in various tasks during upset conditions.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards in shop, storage, and UTV areas.
  • Comply with all applicable safety and environmental regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education.

Requirements

  • Enjoys working outdoors in all elements.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools.
  • Fundamentals of working with computers and navigating Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to multitask and be self-directed.
  • No previous experience is necessary.

Additional Information

  • Work Location: Designated Plant/Landfill
  • 10-hour shift, Monday through Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Overtime may be required
  • This position may also require on-call availability.
  • You must live within 45 minutes of assigned site/area.
