Overview

Fluidstack is focused on delivering large-scale compute infrastructure for AI, aiming to enhance human freedom through technology. The Facilities Technician role involves maintaining and repairing essential systems in the Phoenix factory to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair HVAC, compressed air, electrical distribution, and building systems.
  • Run preventive maintenance and address urgent breakdowns.
  • Support equipment installations including utility connections and modifications.
  • Log work orders, parts, and history in the CMMS.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience maintaining facilities systems in a manufacturing or industrial plant.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults to the component level.
  • Experience supporting plant expansions and equipment installations.
  • Commitment to safety practices, including lockout-tagout procedures.
  • Availability to work on shift and on call as needed.
  • Bonus: EPA 608 certification, licensed electrician or journeyman track, experience with compressed air systems, and CMMS fluency.
