Overview

Qarbon Aerospace is a premier manufacturer of composite components and assemblies for advanced commercial and military aircraft. The Sr. Assembler will perform various assembly operations and complex tests while ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies according to work instructions.
  • Make setups and adjustments, holding tolerance to blueprint and work instruction specifications.
  • Perform complex tests on fluids and electrical systems, checkouts, troubleshooting, and rework on components.
  • Prepare reports and suggest improvements and modifications based on collected data.
  • Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other controlled procedures.
  • Assist with inventory and cycle count.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen or a Permanent resident per ITAR guidelines.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience required.
  • An active clearance is highly preferred, but candidates without one may still be considered if eligible.
