Overview

ENERCON's Nuclear Design Group is a leader in the nuclear power industry, providing comprehensive engineering, licensing, and environmental services to support nuclear power plants worldwide. As a new graduate, you’ll gain hands-on experience working on diverse, high-impact projects while learning from industry-leading experts.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an ABET-accredited school in Civil Engineering (with a structural focus) or Structural Engineering.
  • Available to start on an agreed upon date between January 2026 and July 2027.
  • Preferred Courses: Steel, Concrete, and Structural Analysis.
  • A solid working foundation with your major’s core concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
  • Ability to effectively problem solve.
  • Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
  • Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns.
  • Must be able to work outside.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.
