Overview

This position is with the Joint Munitions Command located at Pine Bluff Arsenal. The primary purpose of this position is to apply welding skills to sheet metal items that need to be fabricated, installed or repaired.

Responsibilities

  • Determine the design required and plan steps required to accomplish the job.
  • Fabricate unconventional metal parts.
  • Perform welder duties using electric, acetylene and/or inert gas shield welding process.
  • Create complex templates and patterns.
  • Interpret oral or written instructions, drawings and sketches.
