Overview

Join one of the top Food & Beverage manufacturers! This industry leader is seeking multiple Industrial Electricians and Maintenance Mechanics to keep state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment up and running.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical systems supporting fast-paced production and packaging lines.
• Troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair automated control systems, including PLCs, VFDs, and motor control centers.
• Read and apply electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and one-line drawings to complete installations, upgrades, and repairs.
• Install, inspect, and maintain low-voltage and high-voltage electrical systems and equipment in compliance with safety standards.
• Respond quickly to unplanned equipment downtime across rotating shifts to minimize production disruption.
• Perform hands-on mechanical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on high-speed manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical systems including pumps, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Rebuild and repair components such as pumps, motors, transmissions, brakes, and clutches.
• Perform MIG / TIG welding and fabrication tasks to support equipment repairs and custom part builds.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks and document work through a CMMS or SAP PM system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
• High school diploma or GED required; electrical trade certification or completed apprenticeship a plus.
• Proven experience troubleshooting PLC-based control systems; ladder logic knowledge required.
• Solid understanding of low- and higher-voltage industrial electrical systems; PM / TPM experience preferred.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including 2nd and 3rd shift, as production needs require.
• High school diploma or GED required; 2–4+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience or completed apprenticeship.
• Strong working knowledge of pumps, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and gearboxes.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot high-speed manufacturing / packaging equipment; root cause analysis skills a plus.
• Flexible availability for 2nd/3rd shift, weekends, and overtime.
