Overview

Lennox, a leader in HVAC and refrigeration solutions, is seeking a Fire Watch/Welders Helper to assist certified welders. This position involves supporting welding tasks and ensuring safety protocols are followed while traveling throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Assist certified welders with daily welding tasks
  • Provide Firewatch duties for welders
  • Receive training and be capable of extinguishing fires
  • Learn safety policies and deploy proper safety equipment for welding duties
  • Become authorized and operate scissor lifts
  • Work closely with welders to ensure work performance is met

Requirements

  • Ability to work overtime
  • Willingness to travel 100% (Required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Driver's License (Required)
  • Pass a national background check
