Overview

Ace Precision is an internationally recognized supplier to the Aerospace, Power Generation, Defense and Space industries, seeking an Experienced TIG Welder to join their highly skilled team in Menomonee Falls, WI. The company values excellence, innovation, and quality in their work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform precision TIG (GTAW) welding of stainless steel, aluminum, nickel and cobalt alloys, between 0.020” and 0.064” thick.
  • Fit, assemble and weld complex components using fixtures, tools, and weld positioner.
  • Read and interpret sketches, routings, process control sheets, and weld symbols.
  • Visually inspect all weldments; identify potential indications; and repair and report defects per advanced quality system requirements.
  • Collaborate with a team to build quality products.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of TIG welding experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to weld on welding qualification materials during the interview process.
  • Solid understanding of weld symbols and fabrication fundamentals.
  • Strong attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a safety-first mindset.
