Overview

Join Generac's Dealer Talent Network to work with an Authorized Channel Partner in the clean energy sector, focusing on the installation of home generators and contributing to a sustainable future.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the installation of residential standby generator systems from initial setup through final completion.
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure generator systems operate reliably.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with applicable safety regulations, electrical codes, and company quality standards.
  • Collaborate with office and operations teams by providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and completion status.
  • Maintain accurate organization and inventory of tools, equipment, materials, and service vehicles.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the electrical field.
  • Generator installation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license.
