Responsibilities

  • Fabricate cables and harnesses and terminate connectors to engineering harness designs.
  • Wire power and signal interfaces and install power distribution components.
  • Perform vehicle integration including equipment mounting and subsystem installation.
  • Execute system bring-up, verify connectivity, and confirm operation.
  • Record results of integration and acceptance test procedures and troubleshoot hardware faults.
  • Support field and site installation and demonstration, including setup and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain as-built records and observe safety practices.

Requirements

  • Hands-on electronics, communications, or vehicle-systems integration and test experience.
  • Cable and harness fabrication and connector termination experience.
  • Ability to read and work to wiring diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings.
  • Experience with standard instruments for testing and troubleshooting.
