Overview

Honey Homes is hiring experienced handymen in Los Angeles to serve a dedicated territory of 40-50 homes, offering steady work without the need for client hunting or unpredictable schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Perform residential home repair and maintenance tasks across multiple trades.
  • Handle carpentry tasks including doors, trim, framing, and repairs.
  • Conduct painting and drywall patching.
  • Manage plumbing tasks such as toilets, faucets, and minor pipe repairs.
  • Perform electrical work including fixtures, outlets, and small wiring tasks.
  • Install smart home devices.
  • Manage about 40-50 residential homes within a small territory.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with homeowners.
  • Use an app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience required.
  • Skilled across multiple trade areas.
  • Prior work as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician strongly preferred.
  • Experience in residential home repair and upkeep across multiple trade areas.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
  • Attention to detail in work quality.
  • Customer-friendly attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and necessary tools.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Comfortable working on ladders or scaffolding at heights up to 12 feet.

  • Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm with no nights, weekends, or on-call.
